Goeun Kuu-Park is a participatory design researcher investigating sustainability transitions. Her work explores how diverse types of communities can actively participate in shaping sociotechnical transformations toward more sustainable futures, particularly through hands-on material engagement—collaborative building, making, and repairing technologies. Her doctoral research was funded by the Kone Foundation and awarded distinction in 2026.
